Bad solenoid connections
Updated22/05/2024

I have found this terminal block used as solenoid connections today. It has been working for a while but some zones stopped working. I was called out to repair the system.
Connector strips (I call them chocolate block) cannot be used in damp conditions because they get rusty and the continuity will be gone. In valve boxes only waterproof connectors (gel connectors) are recommended.
