Where?
Our main operation area is marked with green/light blue on the map above. It covers Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and most of Hertfordshire.
We install irrigation systems in selected postcode areas of Northamptonshire, Suffolk and Essex as well.

For Who?
If you live in our service area (see the map) and want to get an irrigation system installed.
From time to time we have to limit our survey appointments due to the high demands. In this case it may be possible that you don’t find available appointments in the booking system in your area. Please be patient and come back later.
What Happens?
One of our colleagues will visit you and discuss your demands, does an assessment and/or survey, including measuring the garden, water pressure and flow on the main water system if necessary.
We will make the irrigation system design in our office for our use and supply the quote based on the design.
Please take into consideration as every garden is different, we have to draw a design, calculate flows and pipe capacities, also make a sizing to them. Hence we cannot provide even a rough estimate during the visit or via phone.
How Long?
Usually a consultation is not longer than one hour depending on the size of the garden.
However supplying the quote might take 1-3 weeks commencing the survey/consultation visit, regardless of the size of the garden.
Is It Really Free? (Even If I Want Alternatives?)
Initial consultation and the first comprehensive quote is free everywhere within our service area but there are some conditions.
The free quote is valid for the whole area discussed at the survey visit regardless of your alternative requests.
There are circumstances when you want alternative quotes for different areas (e.g. lawn, beds, etc.) and/or different stages (e.g. later extensions, other considerations). We try to be flexible with these enquiries but alternatives may require separate designs sometimes. We may need to charge you for alternative quotes depending on the complexity of adapting the system to your enquiry. If this is the case we will inform you about this fee prior to supplying the quotes.
You don’t have to pay at all in our main service area including Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, West Suffolk, West Essex and Outer North London (between M25, M4 and A406).
Inner North London is coloured with purple where Congestion and ULEZ charge will be charged prior to the visit. These charges are also deductible from the deposit of a future installation invoice.
What To Prepare?
It’s always better if we have more information than needed. So if you have drawing, blueprint on any doodle about underground services (power, water, gas, etc) in the garden area affected by irrigation please prepare them to hand over to us prior to visit.
That makes the design lots easier which will reflect in the price obviously.

For Who?
For you, if you live in our service area (see map on the left) and you have a problem with your irrigation system.
If you are already contracted with us, you also can use this booking page or call us directly to get your discounted fees.
We may cancel out of service area bookings without further notice. Any service fees paid will be refunded within 48 hours.
What Happens?
One of our colleagues will visit you, detect and repair the problem(s).
Our service vans are well-equipped so most common repairs can be sorted on the same visit.
When major repair, replace of main parts (like controller, pump, etc) become necessary, our colleague will do an assessment and you will be supplied with an estimate.
How Long?
You will be visited in the timeslot choosen by you during the online booking. We cannot guarantee exact time of arrival.
Usually a service visit not longer than one hour and it has to be paid in advance. If the repair takes longer you will be charged on a half an hour basis.
What Are The Costs?
Call-out and first half an hour service
– Zone 1: Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire
£70 + VAT
– Zone 2: Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire, Essex, Suffolk areas (please see the map above)
£85 + VAT
– Zone 3: London areas (where applicable)
£120 + VAT
Half an hour service after the first half an hour
– Zone 1: £35 + VAT
– Zone 2: £43 + VAT
– Zone 3: £60 + VAT

Can I Get A Bargain?
Yes, you can get discount from both labour and part costs when you are contracted with us with a service plan.
What Kind Of Parts Are Used?
We always use high quality parts manufactured by market-leaders, like Hunter, Rain Bird, Orbit, Netafim, etc.
All service parts used during the service are chargeable unless otherwise stated. Actual price list of service parts is available below this page.
