We are 100% sure that our installation prices are the best in our service area (see the our service area on the Online booking page). If you get a quote from us and you find a contractor who gives you lower price within 21 days we will beat that price by 5%, subject to the following conditions:

The Price Beat Guarantee applies to identical installation only, as follows:
  • Identical brands and number of key parts quoted as controllers, sensors, solenoids, sprinklers, pumps and relays.
  • Identical quantities are quoted to the key parts above.
  • Identical or improved way of handling of the landscaped area are quoted.
  • Identical service is quoted including services are provided for free (if applicable).

The Price Beat Guarantee applies to identical financial conditions only, as follows:
Quote you requested must be in pounds sterling.
Must include any handling charges, booking fees, credit card fees and such like.
Cannot include in its price any money off coupons, corporate discounts, promotional vouchers or offers or bulk-buy discounts.
The Gardener’s Rain must be able to obtain the same price without being a member or part of a loyalty scheme.

The Price Beat Guarantee applies against prices from contractors only, as follows:
  • – Registered sole traders or companies,
  • – With physical business address in the UK,
  • – With website where the irrigation installation as business activity is shown.

The Price Beat Guarantee request must be submitted once the order has been confirmed by us, and must be submitted within 21 days of your confirmed order.
The person responsible for making the order (lead name) must make the claim.
You must provide the detailed estimate and its descriptions of a lower price with a competitor that can be confirmed by our customer services team.
Pricematching can only be applied once per order.
Please note we cannot accept responsibility where you have failed to send us the information requested in the format required.
We will review the details of your Price Beat request and reply to you via email within 7 working days.

free One-Year Maintenance service Offer

This offer includes two visits, one for autumn drainage, one for spring opening. Depending on the comission time of the installation, we can perform it in reverse order.

This offer is valid from 25.07.2023 till withdrawal. Last modification: 04.10.2024.

General conditions:
  • Client orders the installation within 14 days from issue date of the original quote
  • Client pays the deposit within 7 days from issue date of the deposit invoice
  • the order price exceeds 2.500£ + VAT (For every quote issued after 25/07/2023).

The Free Service period starts on the day of commission of the new irrigation system and ends 365 days later. If part of the system has to be commissioned before finishing the installation due to special circumstances, then the Free Service period starts at the partial commission date and ends 365 days later.

Aftercare service Offer

This offer is valid from 01. 01. 2022 till withdrawal.

Aftercare service includes:
  • Unlimited free access to the Irrigation Library
  • Unlimited free access to our ticketing system and What’sApp Helpchat
  • Unlimited program revise on systems connected to the internet
  • Unlimited free visits for sorting issues (exclude micro sprinkler relocation, dripline relocation, controller programming1) related to the new irrigation system which were not predictable at the designing and installation (confirmed by the engineer on site)

  • Client pays the deposit within 7 days from issue date of the deposit invoice

Extended 36 month guarantee

We are 100% sure our installations meet the highest standard. Hence we have raised our promise and ready to extend our guarantee upto 36 months in frame of our new offers, when you order the 2nd and 3rd year service from us.

For extending your guarantee, you have to order our Two-visit Maintenance Plan and pay the full service fee prior to start of each service period.

This offer is valid for newly installed systems after 01.01.2022.

To receive the full benefits of the guarantee the following terms and conditions must be followed or your claim may be rejected.

1. The installation of your irirgation system must be carried out fully by The Gardener’s Rain. Partially installed systems are not covered.

2. The guarantee will commence from the date of installation for the whole system except when the key parts have been commissioned prior to finish of the whole installation. Their guarantee starts from their first commission. Pumps, pump start equipments, controllers/timers with or without wireless connection, local sensors and flow meters are considered as key parts.

3. The irirgation system should be serviced annually by The Gardener’s Rain. If the system has not been serviced annually this guarantee will become invalid.

4. The guarantee will cover all major components of the irrigation system against manufacturing and installation defects from the installation date. Choosing the type of replacement parts is jurisdiction of The Gardener’s Rain.

5. If any spare parts are used as part of the services under the guarantee, those spare parts will be guaranteed for a period of 12 months (against defective material/faulty workmanship) and shall be replaced free of charge. Please note that the guarantee on any replacement parts does not extend the duration of the guarantee beyond the original term.

6. Invoices for attendance and repair of any components by third parties will not be accepted for payment unless pre-authorised in writing by The Gardener’s Rain.

7. Moving any components of the irrigation system to another property without our written consent or contribution may invalidate the guarantee.

8. Please ensure that:

  • the irirgation water is maintained in a clean condition and any in-built filters are cleaned regularly throughout the system’s life cycle;
  • relevant frost protection measures are in place; and
  • your irirgation system is serviced each calendar year. The cost of the annual service is not included in the guarantee.

9. The guarantee does not include cover for fair wear and tear, wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accidental damage or negligence by you or by any third party and failure by you or any third party to operate or use the irirgation system in accordance with the operating instructions.

10. The guarantee does not cover consequential losses relating to any other costs or expenses caused by or arising as a result of the breakdown of the irrigation system.

11. All installation related, non-irirgation system fault calls may result in the engineer’s visit becoming chargeable.

12. Health and safety is paramount to us and if our engineers cannot gain safe access to the irirgation system or an engineer cannot gain access to the property then our abortive charge may apply.

13. You may be required to pay a refundable deposit in respect of an engineer’s visit, which will be returned in full if the diagnosed fault is covered by the guarantee.

14. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights in relation to any product that is faulty or not as described. More information on your statutory rights can be obtained from Citizen’s Advice at https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/.

16. The guarantee is valid for installation in domestic dwellings in the United Kingdom.

17. The terms of this guarantee are subject to the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising from this guarantee shall be decided under those laws and before a court or tribunal in England.
