Get the timeslot that suits you
Usually you find three hour slots and a consultation or service takes one hour from them.
Please take into consider that we can’t tell you the exact time of arrival due to nature of our jobs.
Make a booking and wait for confirmation
Please provide all details for us and submit your booking. Within 24 hours you will get a confrimation of your online booking with all details. At rare cases we might call you to rebook your appointment due to special circumstances.

If you live in our service area (see the map) and want to get an irrigation system installed or you already have one but look for new service contractor.
Out of service area bookings will be cancelled without notice.
One of our colleagues will visit you and discuss your demands, does an assessment and/or survey, including measuring the garden, water pressure and flow on the main water system if necessary.
You will be visited in the timeslot choosen by you during the online booking. Usually a consultation not longer than one hour depending on the size of the garden.
Initial consultation is free everywhere within our service area but there are some conditions.
It’s completely free in our main service area (see the map coloured with purple) including Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Outer North London.
Areas coloured with orange (most of Northamptonshire, West Essex, West Suffolk) are also free but you have to pay the 70£ service fee prior to visit. When you order installation/extension, this sum will be taken away from the deposit (Unfortunately we cannot refund on service contracts.)
Inner North London is coloured with blue where 87£ service fee and ULEZ charge will be charged prior to visit and also deductible from deposit of a future installation invoice.
It’s always better if we have more information than needed. So if you have drawing, blueprint on any doodle about underground services (power, water, gas, etc) in the garden area affected by irrigation please prepare them to hand over to us prior to visit.
That makes the design lots easier which will reflect in the price obviously.

If you live in our service area (see map below) and you have a problem with your irrigation system.
Out of service area bookings will be cancelled without notice. Any service fees paid will be refunded within 48 hours.
One of our colleagues will visit you, detect and repair the problem(s).
Our service vans are well-equipped so minor repairs can be sorted on the same visit.
When major repair, replace of main parts (like controller, pump, etc) become necessary, our colleague will do an assessment and we supply an estimate.
You will be visited in the timeslot choosen by you during the online booking. Usually a service visit not longer than one hour and it will be paid during the booking process. If the repair takes longer you will be charged on a half an hour basis.
Service fee is 60£ for the first hour in our main service area (see the map coloured with purple) including Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.
Areas coloured with orange (most of Northamptonshire, West Essex, West Suffolk and Outer North London mainly between M25 and North Circular) have 70£ first hour service fee prior to visit.
Inner North London is coloured with blue where 87£ call out fee and the ULEZ charge are also applicable prior to visit and also deductible from deposit of installation invoice.

Unfortunately if you cancelled your booking less than 6 hours earlier than the actual slot starts your payment cannot be refunded.
