What Is A Two-Visit Maintenance And Why Is It Important?
As the name shows, this bi-annual service includes two visits on your property to carry out necessary regular maintenance tasks.
Irrigation systems are installed below ground but over the frost level and contains water.
This water can expand and shrink, also change its state of matter based on the outer temperature. Because the water sits tight in some parts and pipes, this thermal expansion can cause damage for those parts.
This is the main reason to drain an irrigation system before the winter.
The goal of a spring recommission is opposite. As an irrigation system is an expensive investment, you probably want to make sure it's sound and ready for the season.
Spring opening is all about checking and testing.
