Our main service area is Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and most of Hertfordshire. 
But we install irrigation systems in selected postcode areas of Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire, Suffolk, Essex and London as well.

From time to time we may have to limit our survey appointments/areas due to the high demands. In this case it may be possible that you don’t find available appointments in the booking system in your area.

What Will Happen?

One of our colleagues will visit you and discuss your demands, takes a survey, including measuring the garden, water pressure and flow on the main water system if necessary.

Then we make the irrigation system design in our office for our use and supply the quote based on the design in maximum 10 days.

Please take into consideration that because every garden is different, we have to draw a design, calculate flows and pipe capacities, also make a sizing to them. Hence we cannot provide even a rough estimate during the visit or via phone.

How Long It Takes?

Usually a consultation is not longer than one hour depending on the size of the garden.

However supplying the quote might take 1-3 weeks commencing the survey/consultation visit, regardless of the size of the garden.

Is It Really Free?
Initial consultation and the first comprehensive quote is free everywhere within our service area but there are some conditions.
The free quote is applicable for the whole area discussed at the survey visit regardless of your alternative quote requests.
You don’t have to pay at all in our main service area including Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, West Suffolk, West Essex and Outer North London (between M25, M4 and A406).
We may charge you if your property is in th ULEZ area prior to the visit. These charges are deductible from the deposit of a future installation invoice.
What About Alternative Quotes?
There are circumstances when you may want alternative quotes for different areas (e.g. lawn, beds, etc.) and/or different stages (e.g. later extensions, other considerations). We try to be flexible with these enquiries but alternatives may require separate designs sometimes.
We may need to charge you for alternative quotes depending on the complexity of adapting the system to your enquiry. If this is the case we will inform you about this fee before supplying the quotes.
What To Prepare?
It’s always better if we have more information than needed. So if you have a drawing, blueprint or any doodle about your garden and/or underground services (power, water, gas, etc) in the garden area affected by irrigation please prepare them to hand over to us before the visit.
That makes the design lots easier which will reflect in the price obviously.

Where?

If you are already our contracted customer, please also feel free to use this booking page or cull us directly. Your discounted prices will be considered either way.

What Will Happen?

One of our colleagues will visit you, detect and repair the problem(s).

Our service vans are well-equipped, most common repairs can be sorted in the same time.

When major repair, replace of main parts (like controller, pump, etc) become necessary, our colleague will do an assessment and you will be supplied with a quote first.

You will be charged with 50% deposit prior to the major repair visit. Our contracted customers are eligible to pay subsequently.

How Long It Takes?

You will be visited in the timeslot choosen by you during the online booking. We cannot guarantee exact time of arrival.

Usually a service visit not longer than one hour. If the repair takes longer you will be charged on a half an hour basis.

What Are The Costs?

Can I Get Discount?
Yes, you can get 10% discount from both labour and parts' fees when you are contracted with us with the Two-Visit Maintenance plan.
What Brands Do You Use?
We always use high quality parts manufactured by market-leaders, like Hunter, Rain Bird, Orbit, Netafim, etc, equivalent or better quality than your broken parts.
All service parts used during the service are chargeable unless otherwise stated. Actual price list of service parts is available on our website.
