  • new irrigation installation has been ordered within 14 days from original quote issue date,
  • deposit has been paid within 7 days from the issue date of the deposit invoice.

This free service is provided as a 365-day trial subscription of our Regular Two-Visit Maintenance Service. Free service period starts on the day of commission of the new irrigation system and ends 365 days later. If part of the system has to be commissioned before finishing the full installation due to special circumstances, then the free service period starts at this partial commission date and ends 365 days later.

Subscriptions do not become active before clearance of the final invoice of the installation. Maintenance service cannot be used for inactive subscriptions.

Card details are not required for activation and not registered at the activation of this subscription. The subscription will be due to renew by the end of the trial period. Customer can decide to continue the service after the trial period or cancel the trial subscription anytime during the trial period or at renewal. Cancellation is free of charge.

Do I Need This Offer?

Irrigation systems are installed below ground but beyond the frost level. Harsh weather conditions can cause damages in the parts by thermal expansion.

We recommend to have regular maintenance for your system, including autumn closing and a spring opening process.

Instead of comparing our quote to hardly-possible-to-match quotes of other companies, we are ready to compete with a different design/technical content as well. Because we know that our prices are the lowest in our main service area.

When you have a second (third, etc.) quote on top of ours from another company, which seems to be cheaper but the technical content is still acceptable for you, then share with us.   • must cover the identical garden areas than our quote,
  • irrigation parts (controller, sensor, solenoids, sprinklers) quoted are manufactured by irrigation brands listed here (Hunter, Rain Bird, Netafim, K-Rain, Orbit, Toro),
  • other parts and materials are all designed, manufactured and recommended for usage in automatic irrigation systems,
  • installation of materials are met the general irrigation standards,
  • identical or improved way of handling of the landscaped area is quoted,
  • identical service is quoted including service offers,
  • cannot include money off coupons, corporate discounts, promotional vouchers, offers or bulk-buy discounts in its price,
  • The Gardener's Rain must be able to obtain the same price without being a member or part of a loyalty scheme.

Eligibility criteria of the quote supplier:

  • registered sole trader or company,

The Price Beat Offer request must be submitted within 21 days of our quote issue date.

The person responsible for asking the quote (lead name) must make the claim.

The detailed quote/proposal, the design plan and its descriptions must be provided.

Pricematching can only be applied once per quote.

Extended 3-Year Guarantee

This offer is valid in conjunction with a new irrigation system installation.

Basic guarantee of the newly installed irrigation system will be extended year-by-year up to 3 years in case of eligibility.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Two-Visit Maintenance service ordered and used from The Gardener’s Rain,
  • from the first day of commission of the irrigation system,
  • the full service fee has been paid prior to start of the service subscriptions each year.
  1. The installation of your irrigation system must be carried out fully by The Gardener’s Rain. Partially installed systems are not covered.
  2. The guarantee will commence from the date of installation for the whole system except when the key parts have been commissioned prior to finish of the whole installation. Their guarantee starts from their first commission. Pumps, pump start equipments, controllers/timers with or without wireless connection, local sensors and flow meters are considered as key parts.
  3. The guarantee cannot be extended for the budget pumps or part of a budget booster set (marked as such) in the irrigation quote. Budget pumps are covered by the basic 12-month guarantee, regardless of the extended service subscription.
  4. The irrigation system should be serviced annually by The Gardener’s Rain. If the system has not been serviced annually this guarantee will become invalid.
  5. The guarantee will cover all major components of the irrigation system against manufacturing and installation defects from the installation date. Choosing the type of replacement parts is jurisdiction of The Gardener’s Rain.
  6. If any spare parts are used as part of the services under the guarantee, those spare parts will be guaranteed for a period of 12 months (against defective material/faulty workmanship) and shall be replaced free of charge. Please note that the guarantee on any replacement parts does not extend the duration of the guarantee beyond the original term.
  7. Invoices for attendance and repair of any components by third parties will not be accepted for payment unless pre-authorised in writing by The Gardener’s Rain.
  8. Moving any components of the irrigation system to another property without our written consent or contribution may invalidate the guarantee.
  9. Please ensure that:
    - the irrigation water is maintained in a clean condition and any in-built filters are cleaned regularly throughout the system’s life cycle;
    - relevant frost protection measures are in place; and
    - your irrigation system is serviced each calendar year. The cost of the annual service is not included in the guarantee.
  10. The guarantee does not include cover for fair wear and tear, wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accidental damage or negligence by you or by any third party and failure by you or any third party to operate or use the irirgation system in accordance with the operating instructions.
  11. The guarantee does not cover consequential losses relating to any other costs or expenses caused by or arising as a result of the breakdown of the irrigation system.
  12. All installation related, non-irirgation system fault calls may result in the engineer’s visit becoming chargeable.
  13. Health and safety is paramount to us and if our engineers cannot gain safe access to the irirgation system or an engineer cannot gain access to the property then our abortive charge may apply.
  14. You may be required to pay a refundable deposit in respect of an engineer’s visit, which will be returned in full if the diagnosed fault is covered by the guarantee.
  15. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
  16. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights in relation to any product that is faulty or not as described. More information on your statutory rights can be obtained from Citizen’s Advice at https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/.
  17. The guarantee is provided to you by The Gardener’s Rain Limited, (registered in England with Company Registration No.11451922) of 30 Middle Street, Sandy, SG193AD.   18. The guarantee is valid for installation in domestic dwellings in the United Kingdom.
  19. The terms of this guarantee are subject to the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising from this guarantee shall be decided under those laws and before a court or tribunal in England.

  • new irrigation installation has been ordered within 14 days form original quote issue date,
  • deposit has been paid within 7 days from the issue date of the deposit invoice.

The Aftercare Service period starts on the day of commission of the new irrigation system and ends 365 days later.

If part of the system has to be commissioned before finishing the full installation due to special circumstances, then the Aftercare Service period starts at this partial commission date and ends 365 days later.
